Support and Updates
We have designed the support contract to provide a way of lowering the total cost of ownership of our systems, making it easy for you to continue enjoying the service with the minimum of fuss.

We charge for support contracts so we can continue to employ top developers and provide quality support. Our web-based systems are under constant development so we continue to develop and supply quality web-based tools.

Purchasing a support contract provides you with free updates to your system as well as support.

Warranty
We provide a six month warranty on all of our web site packages ONLY. Click here to view our range of websites. This warranty is a guarantee that your site will be updated with no charge for a period of six months, after which to recieve support of any kind, you will need to purchase a support contract.

This warranty provides that updates will only be made to the system that has presently been implemented for you by ourselves, that is we will not make any changes outside the scope of the system in question. Changes may include but are not limited to missing or broken links, graphics and images, write-ups for webpages, scripts and programmes, database structure but not the design of the web site template. To change the look and feel of a current web site template would constitute the design of a new web site.

Support
For the duration of the support contract, you will receive support on the use of your web-based systems. This means that we will do our best to answer any questions within the scope of your web-based system only. This we will do by email and, if necessary, by telephone. We normally resolve problems within 24 hours.

When support has been purchased this is recorded in our internal systems and in the purchaser's purchase documents. This allows us to evaluate whether a support request is backed by a support contract.

Term and Termination
Support shall begin at the date of purchase and is valid for one year. Any and all payments made by you pursuant to the agreement shall be non-refundable and shall be paid in advance. The contract will be automatically renewed unless cancelled within 60 days prior to the renewal date. ISDCONNECT may terminate any support agreement in the event that you commit a material breach of the agreement and fail to remedy that breach within 15 days of receipt of notice of material breach, or as otherwise provided in the agreement.
